Representative Paulsen's house district is entirely within the city limits of Eden Prairie. The western, southern, and eastern borders of the district coincide with the municipal boundaries of Eden Prairie. The northern border follows the Twin Cities & Western Railroad northeast to Eden Prairie Rd. Follow Eden Prairie Rd. south to S. Hillcrest Court. East to N. Hillcrest Court and then the border runs along Purgatory Creek until it meets Valley View Rd. Following the border east on Valley View Rd. to Interstate 494 which then reaches the eastern edge of the district at the city limits.
